All services are scheduled by appointment only.

CANCELLATION:

Twenty-four (24) hour prior notification to our office is required in order to avert full charge for cancellation, without exception, unless otherwise specified. Select professional services require seventy-two (72) hour prior notification.

PAYMENT

Pre-payment for all NORTHERN ILLINOIS COUNSELING ASSOCIATES, P.C. (NICA) services is required via cash (U.S. currency only), check, credit card, or Pay Pal. Please be aware that your credit card numbers will be kept on file, off-line, at our office and applicable fees for services rendered will be charged automatically without notification to the end-user or client.

[N.B.: Exceptions to this pre-payment requirement are strictly limited to duly executed contractual agreements between NICA (and its licensed clinical psychologists) and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and/or MEDICARE only].
